Powerlifting
This path is for those that would like to increase their performance in the sport of powerlifting—i.e. improve their ability to lift more weight in the Back Squat, Bench Press, and Deadlift. You will receive access to an online program that will be delivered weekly and is largely based around variations of Squats, Presses, and Pulls. While the main focus of the program is to increase strength and power production specific to these three lifts while obtaining technical proficiency, there will also be some light conditioning and mobility work included. This program is for those who are already confident in their movement patterns when it comes to lifting weights.
