Small Group Training

Small Group Training Sessions are much like our one-on-one personal training sessions, except that the training will occur in groups of 2-5 people. This helps to lower the price point while still allowing for high quality training sessions. These sessions will take place with our expert coaches and be tailored towards the goals of the people in the group. Every new client starts out with an initial assessment where we go over your goals, training/injury history, and general lifestyle information.
