Speed & Agility

This is the path for those that have the goal of gaining functional explosiveness, speed, and quickness. You will receive access to an online program that will be delivered weekly and is focused on developing a high rate of force production through lifting, sprinting, and agility drills. This program is not designed to improve your overall conditioning levels, although most people will notice some conditioning improvements. This program is for those who are already confident in their movement patterns when it comes to lifting weights.
